Part-time, home office. Responsible for planning Industry News section for each issue of the magazine: writing, assigning and editing stories, planning and obtaining artwork and handling the news budget.

Managing Editor, Christian Retailing, January 1997 to May 1998; Editor to September 1998
Responsible for all editorial functions of the magazine, planning, assigning and budgeting for each issue, as well as an annual telephone directory and retailers' calendar. Supervised a staff of three editors. Served as team leader, overseeing cooperative effort among editorial, production, advertising, and circulation departments. Developed annual budget.
